I agree. Being active is key to getting noticed around here. Also, holding contests are a great way to get the word around. Everyone loves prizes ^_^ If you need help with the being active part, why don't you have someone help you?

just be more active and post new/updated journal entrees often. i think a club like this would really catch on, you could think of themed contests and submissions; i'd do it

Putting their heads together to come up with new art themes or concepts. OH, and maybe try redrawing some of today's most popular non-anime characters in the anime look.
